Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

All sales are final. Please verify your measurements/sizes before ordering. Each product has it’s own unique sizing guide posted on the product listing page. Exchanges are not possible due to the custom nature of this program. If in doubt, order a size larger.

Our mistake? Generally, new, unused, and unopened items are returnable for a refund within 30 days. Start your return by calling or emailing customer service. Please reference your order number.

If you have a problem with your carrier or package damage, please address that with your carrier’s customer service.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Returns are processed as a refund back to your original payment method. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 5 days. Please allow 1-2 weeks time for your bank to process the refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your email, credit card statement, and bank account again. (spam, trash, etc.) Search term “refund.”

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at forbesorder@cforbesinc.com.

Since all items are preordered, exchanges for different sizes, colors, etc. are not possible. Only returns due to fulfillment errors will be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-creditable and non-refundable.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
