We currently offer a limited selection of apparel for him and for her.

How can I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our website, select the desired items, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information to complete your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various credit and debit cards. We do not accept PayPal.

Do you ship internationally?

No. USASAC.shop is open to USA-based persons located in any US state or territory and ships orders to the same.

What are your shipping fees and delivery times?

Shipping fees and delivery times vary based on the piece count ordered and the shipping destination.

Standard ground shipping will be used and deliveries may arrive by UPS or USPS 4-6 weeks from the program order window closing. Delivery cannot be expedited.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You’ll receive automated messages regarding order confirmation and status including tracking when your items ship. These messages will come to the email you provide in your order. (Not seeing those emails? Check your spam folder.)

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Please verify your measurements/sizes before ordering. Each product has it’s own unique sizing guide posted on the product listing page. Exchanges are not possible due to the custom nature of this program. If in doubt, order a size larger.

Our mistake? Generally, new, unused, and unopened items are returnable for a refund within 30 days. Start your return by calling or emailing customer service. Please reference your order number.

What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged item?

Your order undergoes strict QA inspection before shipping to you. However, if you receive a wrong, defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately with photos of the item(s) and your order number. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. (Returns are only accepted within 30 days of delivery.)
