Yes. You’ll receive automated messages regarding order confirmation and status including tracking when your items ship. These messages will come to the email you provide in your order. (Not seeing those emails? Check your spam folder.)
All sales are final. Please verify your measurements/sizes before ordering. Each product has it’s own unique sizing guide posted on the product listing page. Exchanges are not possible due to the custom nature of this program. If in doubt, order a size larger.
Our mistake? Generally, new, unused, and unopened items are returnable for a refund within 30 days. Start your return by calling or emailing customer service. Please reference your order number.
